Carrie Czajka (pronounced “Chike Ah”) is a certified leadership coach and has worked with clients from many types of organizations including government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, faith-based organizations, and start-up entities. She spent over twenty years in the healthcare industry where she served in a variety of roles including sales and account management, market access, health policy, and compliance. Her background also includes experience working in a law firm as the Manager of Professional Development. In her role as an executive coach and facilitator, she partners with senior leaders, interdisciplinary teams, and diverse stakeholder groups to achieve desired outcomes. David Grant, MBA
His broad business background provides David with a unique perspective that allows him to build credibility, comfort, and trust with seasoned executives.
For over a decade, David has coached high-level executives and influential leaders in some of the world’s most well-respected companies, including Accenture, Apple, Ernst & Young, Google, IBM, McKinsey & Co., and United Health Group.
Prior to his coaching career, David enjoyed 20+ years as a successful business professional. He began his career as a factory manager for Berkshire Hathaway and later served Fortune 500 clients for over 10 years in Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations consulting practice. Most recently, David was the Global Vice President of Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consultancy, where he advised multinational firms on Succession Management, Talent Strategy, and Leadership Development.
David earned an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a B.S. in Leadership Studies from the University of Maine. He is a member of the Harvard Institute of Coaching and is an adjunct faculty member with the New Ventures West Professional Coaching Certification program.

His functional experience spans sales & marketing and general and financial management.

Nancy Reller, ACC

Nancy partners with her coaching clients to build their path of growth, achievement, and fulfillment to reach the goals they have identified, all while navigating professional and personal challenges. She holds expertise in healthcare having worked in and for hospital systems, and nursing homes. She is the co-designer and leadership coach of a cutting-edge program intended to transform moral distress into moral resilience for America’s bedside nurses. Loving the structured yet flexible process of coaching, Nancy considers it a privilege to sit with her clients as they struggle with the sometimes messy, sometimes joyous path toward being the leader they want to be.
