Christina is an ICF-certified executive coach with over 2750 hours of coaching experience. Her experience spans various sectors in companies such as BMW, Chubb, DOD, Abcam, Vimeo, NetApp, EPA, W20, Airbnb, Lyft, and Eaton. Christina empowers people-focused leaders to be more effective, courageous, intentional, and strategic. Her clients develop clarity and confidence in making decisions, taking action, and navigating uncertainty. Christina energizes her clients to be daring and to challenge their limitations and mindset.
Before coaching full-time, Christina was an influential business professional with 15 years of experience leading multifunctional teams in project execution, product development, process improvement, and strategic planning.
Christina has completed extensive leadership coaching training and her Finance degree and Master's in Regional and Community Planning (MRCP) at Kansas State University. Chuck Grant, MBA
Chuck's broad business background gives him a unique perspective that allows him to build credibility, comfort, and trust with seasoned executives.
Harvard Institute of Coaching member for over a decade, Chuck has coached high-level executives and influential leaders in some of the world’s most well-respected companies, including Accenture, Apple, Ernst & Young, Google, IBM, McKinsey & Co., and UnitedHealth Group.
Before his coaching career, Chuck enjoyed 20+ years as a successful business professional. He began his career as a factory manager for Berkshire Hathaway and later served Fortune 500 clients for over ten years in Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations consulting practice. Most recently, Chuck was the Global Vice President of Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consultancy, advising multinational firms on Succession Management, Talent Strategy, and Leadership Development.
Chuck earned an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Leadership Studies from the University of Maine. He is a member of the Harvard Institute of Coaching and an adjunct faculty member with the New Ventures West Professional Coaching Certification program.
