David Grant, MBA
His broad business background provides David with a unique perspective that allows him to build credibility, comfort, and trust with seasoned executives.
For over a decade, David has coached high-level executives and influential leaders in some of the world’s most well-respected companies, including Accenture, Apple, Ernst & Young, Google, IBM, McKinsey & Co., and United Health Group.
Prior to his coaching career, David enjoyed 20+ years as a successful business professional. He began his career as a factory manager for Berkshire Hathaway and later served Fortune 500 clients for over 10 years in Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations consulting practice. Most recently, David was the Global Vice President of Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consultancy, where he advised multinational firms on Succession Management, Talent Strategy, and Leadership Development.
David earned an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a B.S. in Leadership Studies from the University of Maine. He is a member of the Harvard Institute of Coaching and is an adjunct faculty member with the New Ventures West Professional Coaching Certification program.
