Carrie Czajka (pronounced “Chike Ah”) is a certified leadership coach and has worked with clients from many types of organizations including government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, faith-based organizations, and start-up entities. She spent over twenty years in the healthcare industry where she served in a variety of roles including sales and account management, market access, health policy, and compliance. Her background also includes experience working in a law firm as the Manager of Professional Development. In her role as an executive coach and facilitator, she partners with senior leaders, interdisciplinary teams, and diverse stakeholder groups to achieve desired outcomes. She enjoys helping people align their work with the vision and values of the organization and is passionate about fostering healthy, collaborative work environments that allow people to thrive both personally and professionally.

Jennifer (Jenn) Hogan is a leadership coach with 16+ years in corporate and government consulting, leading teams and managing projects, coaching, and leadership development. Jenn supports clients to lead and inspire others, leverage their unique strengths, and pursue challenging and meaningful goals. She has a particular interest in working with clients as they take on a new leadership role, manage organizational change, or navigate a transition.

Lynn Ellen Queen is dedicated to helping clients find direction through leadership coaching, consulting, facilitation, and strategic planning. She works globally with mid and senior-level leaders as well as teams in government and for-profit and non-profit businesses. Prior to coaching full time, Lynn Ellen experienced firsthand the challenges facing leaders during her more than 25 years as an executive and consultant working in law, financial services, manufacturing, and non-profits.

Rachel has over 20 years of business experience, including 13 years of Federal service as both an independent contributor and as a leader. She has served at the U.S. Coast Guard, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Federal Housing Finance Agency, and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Rachel has a practical, results-oriented approach to coaching focused on her philosophy of coaching the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. She uses her warmth, humor, industry/leadership experience, and down-to-earth personality to establish rapport and build relationships with her clients. She works with clients to identify their values and deconstruct their internal stories with the goal to identify new possibilities and help clients reach their desired futures.
