Chuck Grant, MBA
His broad business background provides Chuck with a unique perspective that allows him to build credibility, comfort, and trust with seasoned executives.
For over a decade, Chuck has coached high-level executives and influential leaders in some of the world’s most well-respected companies, including Accenture, Apple, Ernst & Young, Google, IBM, McKinsey & Co., and United Health Group.
Before his coaching career, Chuck enjoyed 20+ years as a successful business professional. He began his career as a factory manager for Berkshire Hathaway and later served Fortune 500 clients for over ten years in Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations consulting practice. Most recently, Chuck was the Global Vice President of Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consultancy, advising multinational firms on Succession Management, Talent Strategy, and Leadership Development.
Chuck earned an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Leadership Studies from the University of Maine. He is a Harvard Institute of Coaching member and an adjunct faculty member with the New Ventures West Professional Coaching Certification program.

Jennifer (Jenn) Hogan is a leadership coach with 16+ years in corporate and government consulting, leading teams and managing projects, coaching, and leadership development. Jenn supports clients to lead and inspire others, leverage their unique strengths, and pursue challenging and meaningful goals. She has a particular interest in working with clients as they take on a new leadership role, manage organizational change, or navigate a transition.

Prior to coaching full time, Lynn Ellen experienced firsthand the challenges facing leaders during her more than 25 years as an executive and consultant working in law, financial services, manufacturing, and non-profits.

Utilizing aspects of Negotiation, Men’s Work, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Aikido, Embodied Peacemaking, and Somatic Abolitionism. He distills this experience down into key questions that surface the source of your challenges and the insight that will unlock meaningful action.
Stephen has worked with clients from throughout the Federal Government, including the National Institutes of Health, TSA, Department of Veterans Affairs, Smithsonian, and numerous others. His private sector clients range from within the corporate world and nonprofits to small and family-owned businesses. He also has experience internationally in Northern Ireland, Canada, Germany, and the Gulf states.
