JAR Leadership Coaching® Cohorts are a great option for leaders who wouldn't normally participate in one-on-one executive coaching or those who can benefit from a peer learning environment. We design Cohort coaching for leaders at various levels, from new managers to Senior VPs preparing for C-Suite roles.
- Individual discussions with each participant will occur before the first coaching session to help gather objectives and background information for customizing the group sessions.
- Customized Cohort coaching sessions are developed for each month. Each session will consist of establishing a coaching topic, exploring the current understanding of the subject, knowledge exchange, coaching discussion, and actions toward practice. This format will allow participants to learn the value of leadership competencies and to practice skills in daily work.
- The Cohort will meet between Cohort coaching sessions to serve as accountability partners in practice.
